Soorce – particularly strong growth in 2021
Soorce full year 2021 revenue up 90%, continued growth expected for 2022.
Soorce, a German staffing firm for high level contract and temp positions in Digital Marketing and Digital IT reports revenue of EUR 29.7 million for the year 2021, an increase of 90% in sales compared to EUR 15,6 million the prior year.
Soorce has also grown its local presence: A sourcing center in Essen was launched in September 2021 along with two new offices in Cologne and Nuremberg.
Founders Conrad Eß and Martin Meder state: “Corona slowed down Soorce’s growth speed in 2020. But the clear focus on Digital Marketing and Digital IT helped to maintain customer satisfaction. Soorce has grown more terrific clients and won German based EU tenders in 2021, hence we look forward to more substantial growth in 2022.”
For 2022 Soorce plans to add and train 40 more employees to the sales & recruiting team.
Sales outlook is EUR 50 million.
The company has offices in Mannheim, Frankfurt, Cologne, Essen and Nuremberg.
