Reorganisation of Frontend towards Customer Experience (CX) approach

Roll: Technical JAVA Spring Expert Developer/Architect

Tasks in the role:

* Managing the small team of onsite and offshore developers

Responsible:

* for the design/specifications, such as web services REST/SOAP, definition of interfaces
* Supervise development, ensure that technical system design fits to the solution sketch outlined by the system architects
* Test / QA, make sure that the specifications are implemented as expected and meet the desired quality
* Manage expectations and scope

Required skills:
Skills/Tools/Experience:

* English mandatory, Germany recommended and preferred
* Optional: Experienced in leading and coaching a team of Java
* Experience in designing and implementing technical systems based on Java Spring
* Java Spring Expert
